Privacy policy
Last updated: October 2026. This policy covers this website only — not the bank's websites, which have their own policies.
The most important sentence first
We never collect banking credentials. This site has no login, no accounts and no feature that could legitimately ask for your NAB Connect User ID, password, token codes, account numbers or card details. If anything claiming to be this site ever asks for them, it isn't us — close it and tell us via the contact page.
What we do collect
- Contact messages. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address and the contents of your message, so we can reply. We keep correspondence only as long as needed to deal with the matter and maintain accurate guides.
- Basic technical logs. Like almost every website, our server records standard request information (pages visited, time, approximate region, browser type). We use this in aggregate to see which guides are used and where readers get stuck.
- Aggregate analytics. Where analytics tooling is enabled, it is used to count visits and popular pages — not to build advertising profiles of individual readers.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent or trade personal information to anyone.
- We don't run third-party advertising trackers on behalf of data brokers.
- We don't combine information across sites to identify you.
Cookies
This is a simple static site and sets no cookies of its own for visitors. If embedded third-party services are added in future (for example, a video player), this policy will be updated to describe any cookies they involve, before or at the time they are introduced.
Your choices
You can ask us what correspondence of yours we hold, and ask for it to be corrected or deleted, by writing to hello@nab.radio.fm. Server logs are rotated and deleted in the ordinary course of hosting. If you believe we've mishandled your information, contact us first and we'll work to resolve it; you may also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
