NAB Connect Login Help
About us

An independent guide, written for the people who actually do the banking run

NAB Connect Login Help is a small Australian business-banking guide project, run independently of the bank. It exists for one narrow reason: signing in to NAB Connect is a daily task for bookkeepers, office managers, owners and finance staff, and when it goes wrong — a name typed in a hurry, a rejected token, a locked account — the official help can be hard to find quickly, and harder to read under pressure.

So we write the help we wished existed: one problem per page, in plain Australian English, with the steps in order and the safety checks made explicit. Most of our pages start from the real searches people make, including the hurried versions — because a person who typed "nab connet" at 8:55am needs the same clear answer as everyone else, not a lecture about typing.

What we are not

We are not National Australia Bank, and this site is not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by the bank. We cannot see your accounts, move your money, reset your password or unblock your access — only the bank and your organisation's administrator can do those things. When a problem crosses that line, our guides say so plainly and point you to the official channels.

What we will never do

  • Ask for your User ID, password, token code, card details or any other banking credential — on any page, form or email, ever.
  • Provide a login form or imitate the bank's sign-in page. The only login we link to is the bank's own, at nabconnect.nab.com.au, clearly labelled as official.
  • Sell or share reader information. Our privacy policy sets out the little data this site handles.

Who runs the site

The site is run by a small guide-writing project focused on Australian business banking topics. Every page here serves the sign-in journey and the problems that interrupt it — getting you signed in and unstuck is the whole job, and it keeps the guides short, specific and easy to check. Our editorial policy explains how pages are researched, written and checked, and our contact page is the place to report an error or suggest a topic.
