Please, never send us banking details. Do not include your User ID, password, token codes, account numbers or card details in any message. We have no access to bank systems, so we can't use those details to help you — and real banks will never ask for them by email either. If you're locked out or suspect fraud, contact NAB directly through the official channels on nab.com.au or the number on the back of your card.

Response times

We're a small project, not a help desk: expect a reply within a few business days, not within the hour. If your issue is time-critical — a payment stuck, an account locked, a suspected scam — skip us entirely and go straight to the bank through its official contact channels.
